   - This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your services.

2)..Hair Preparation:
   - Kindly wash your hair before your appointment or be prepared for a fee associated with hair washing services.
   - Clean and dry hair ensures optimal results and allows us to provide the best possible service.

3). Appointment Arrival:
   - We kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and to accommodate for this, we provide a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
   - If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full appointment, and adjustments may be necessary.
   - We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting both your time and that of our other clients.

4). Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   - We value your commitment to your appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
   - Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
